Targomo is a growing Berlin-based location intelligence company helping businesses make smarter decisions using geospatial data. Our web-based platform, TargomoLOOP, supports well-known brands in retail, hospitality, and quick commerce across more than 25 countries.
We’re looking for a curious and motivated Working Student or Intern to join our Business Development team to help us scale our growth efforts efficiently. You'll work closely with the COO and sales team to drive actionable insights and make a meaningful impact on how we identify, approach, and engage with potential customers.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze and organize CRM data (HubSpot) to help us build a scalable foundation for growth.
- Research & identify high-potential accounts across different industries and regions.
- Support sales controlling and reporting with actionable insights that help optimize our processes and outcomes.
- Contribute to market deep dives to explore new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership team on projects that directly shape our approach.
- Take initiative in improving how we identify, reach, and convert potential customers.
Your profile
- You're currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's program in business, economics, marketing, or a similar field (required for working students in Germany)
- You enjoy working with data and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Excel and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) or a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a supportive team player
- Full fluency in English; German is a strong plus
- You’re available for 12–20 hours/week during the semester
